12 month access for all individuals affiliated with the organization. During the 12 months, individuals will have:
- Free individual use of the Praestare Project.
- Unlimited access to the Life Values Inventory, allowing individuals to take the LVI multiple times.
- Unlimited access to their Values Profile and the strategies/supplement in Lessons 5 & 6.
- A personal development program that can be used by individuals at their own pace and with privacy.
- A useful tool by administrators and HR professionals for both individual and team development.
A general summary report is provided to the organization at the end of the 12 months that includes utilization statistics, organizational values profile, and program evaluation information. A summary report can be provided as requested during the 12 months at no charge. Customized reports are available for an additional charge.
If desired, the organization's logo can be attached to the introductory pages so that the program has a customized appearance for the organization.
Possible Uses for Academic and non-Academic Institutions
Specific Information:
- The Praestare Project is intended to be compatible with multiple theoretical and practical approaches to training and development. It can be used as a standalone process for individual and team development or can be integrated into an already established model of organizational development.
- An account representative will work with you to make sure the Praestare Project is set up for your organization in a manner that is congruent with your intended use of the program.
- For purposes of confidentiality, individuals' login names will be separated from their values results. Their accounts are assigned numbers after login so that their results are not connected to personally identifiable information.
