Possible Uses for Academic and non-Academic Institutions

Specific Information:

• In most cases, professionals can refer clients directly to the Praestare Project using the Individual Purchase option. Clients can then e-mail or print their values profile to review with you. However, reports from individual purchases are not associated with your organization in the database. The seat license allows for data to be linked to your organization.
• Access codes (Seat License Keys) will be assigned and linked in the database to your organization. The codes can then be distributed at your discretion.
• The Praestare Project is intended to be compatible with multiple theoretical and practical approaches to training and development. It can be used as a standalone process for individual and team development or can be integrated into an already established model of organizational development.
• An account representative will work with you to make sure the Praestare Project is set up for your organization in a manner that is congruent with your intended use of the program.
• For purposes of confidentiality, individuals’ login names will be separate from their values results. Their accounts are assigned numbers after login so that their results are not connected to personally identifiable information.
